If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund.
Incorrect Ring Size
If you ordered an incorrect sized ring, you can return the ring to us to be resized free of charge. If the ring cannot be resized, we will replace it free of charge for the correct sized ring.
Customized Jewelry
Customized jewelry includes Coat of Arms jewelry and engraved jewelry with personal messages. These items cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless the item is defective when received. Coat of Arms rings and personalized Ogham rings can usually be returned for resizing - please contact us for more information.
Exchanging Items
Please note that we can only exchange an item free of charge once. Any subsequent exchanges for that item will incur a 20% re-stocking fee based on the original cost of the item.
Returning Items
Returned items must be as new. There must be no sign of wear such as scratches or dirt. All original jewelry packaging and boxes must be included in the return shipment. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us unless the item you received is defective, in which case we will cover the cost of the shipment. Shipment of any exchanged or resized items back to you is free of charge.
