Each item of Jewelery is handmade to order and it takes 2/3 weeks from time of order to handcraft your jewelery item. You then add the Shipping time to estimate the date of delivery to your door.

Returns Policy:
All goods purchased from RingsFromIreland.com,which was previously known as Celtshop, carry a full 30 day money-back guarantee,if it's a case that the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the goods.

However as all rings are handmade to order, and as the goods are not faulty in any way, this would incur a restocking charge of 20% of cost of order.

In the case of Wedding Rings which are all handmade to order, we will exchange if they do not fit or wrong size has been ordered, however we have to charge a 20% re-stocking fee in such an event.

It is therefore important to get your correct ring size confirmed prior to placing the order, this will save a lot of trouble to both and extra expense to you, the customer.
