However as all rings are handmade to order, and as the goods are not faulty in any way, this would incur a restocking charge of 20% of cost of order.

In the case of Wedding Rings which are all handmade to order, we will exchange if they do not fit or wrong size has been ordered, however we have to charge a 20% re-stocking fee in such an event.

It is therefore important to get your correct ring size confirmed prior to placing the order, this will save a lot of trouble to both, and extra expense to you, the customer.
